Supreme honored at the World Cheese Awards 2019 and 2022
Supreme has been available since 2019 and has made a notable entry into the world of soft ripened cheeses. In its first contest, it won a bronze medal. That year, in the soft ripened category, only 15 cheeses were awarded a medal, making this achievement even more extraordinary. In 2022 he also won the same title in the same competition, in Newport, Wales in 2022. A competition organized each year by the British gastronomic society Guild of Fine Food.

In the cheese section at my Giant store in Philadelphia I saw a cheese I'd not noticed before. And it was on sale. The only hint of what to expect within the blue wrapped oval was a picture of a soft-ripened, brie-like, sliced cheese. What a surprise to find a superbly crafted rival to any of the finer Brie I've enjoyed over many years. A supreme cheese, indeed.

The most fresh creamy cheese with a smooth texture and a crème fraîche taste! It's just divine! Exactly the same product as "Caprice Des Dieux" in France.
