Dorothy’s Comeback Cow is an exceptional multi-awarded soft cheese. Its heart is luscious moist and creamy, but it has that fragrant taste of Midwest milk. Its buttery rind will not overpower the taste and does not have the bitter edge that you may find in other Brie rinds.
