tasteless, good texture but tasted like brie turned down to 1

In the cheese section at my Giant store in Philadelphia I saw a cheese I'd not noticed before. And it was on sale. The only hint of what to expect within the blue wrapped oval was a picture of a soft-ripened, brie-like, sliced cheese. What a surprise to find a superbly crafted rival to any of the finer Brie I've enjoyed over many years. A supreme cheese, indeed.

The most fresh creamy cheese with a smooth texture and a crème fraîche taste! It's just divine! Exactly the same product as "Caprice Des Dieux" in France.

We did the cheeses that came with a video on how to make a cheese platter We had so knuckle fun and tasted cheese like the supreme that we probably would of ever tried. Supreme was a creamy great cheese that was good with fig jam on toasts but the next day it made a great grilled quesadilla with veggies on a spinach tortilla I will purchase again.

Normal Brie that can be found in many stores, as you would expect, nothing special.

It definitely elevated a great cheese board and other pairings.

Just the most wonderful delicious creamy brie I have ever tasted. Perfect with anything from savory to sweet! I love to eat it straight up. Next up on our holiday menu will be Brie Mac N Cheese Pie.

If you are new to cheese or just looking for a classic brie, this one is for you. This is a great go to in most grocery stores (even the ones that don't have the most lavish cheese sections). I like to pair this one with a pita style cracker from Trader Joe's or Sprouts and a sweet preserve like a peach or apricot. Goes great with a chardonnay if you are looking for a wine pairing.

This one absolutely needs to be left out at room temperature to get the most out of it.

I love these convenient Brie bits so much!!! I have one a day and it’s a special treat. They are hard to find as they run out a day or so after stores bring them in. It’s expensive (all pricing is the same) and probably not the most economical. But so worth it to me.

The perfect food. Excellent size. The individual packet of 5 disappears instantly. The 80 pack lasts a bit longer. The idel deal after dinner treat or afternoon snack.

I'm a huge fan of Holy Smokes so I was excited to try another variety of Dorothy's cheeses. This cheese was soft and very much like a brie. Good but not great.

This was the first ever Dorothy's cheese I tried, I discovered it in my local Fry's. Don't be afraid to sit this one down in your fridge until closer to expiration as it takes on an even more complex rich flavor that rivals its French counterparts. I love this one with toasted nuts - think pecans! It also melts fantastically and makes a mean gourmet panini or quesadilla.

Don't be worried about the "sour" part--it's just the right balance of sweet that compliments many cheeses very well.

Top notch sour cherry spread. I absolutely love sour cherries, but always had them as a pie/dessert. I never thought of incorporating this gem with my cheese platter, but it's a nice touch! Also very good by the spoonful! I hope this one stays around.

I know I should love this one and there are a lot of people I know who love it. I actually find this cheese a little too rich? The texture cold is very reminiscent of butter. I think the biggest issue for me is this cheese has an iconic tang particularly near the rind which is just not something I love.

I'd take a Dorothy's Comeback Cow any day over this and that is just a personal preference.

Loving this brie! This is what I would call a classic brie! When you picture brie, this is it! This package is the small format perfect for charcuterie boards or baking. I enjoyed this brie at room temperature and it was fantastically smooth, creamy, soft, and full bodied.
